Hind's subholding buys the majority stake in the Tuscan company specialized in high-quality leather cutting and processing die-cuts and accessories, with a wide range of services for major luxury fashion houses. 

With this new operation, which flanks those of Gab (2021) and Taglionetto (2023), HModa diversifies and consolidates its positioning in the leather goods sector, continuing on its industrial path of investing in the excellence of the Italian fashion supply chain.

Holding Industriale (Hind), a company that invests in small and medium-sized companies representative of “Made in Italy,” inaugurated in Campi Bisenzio, in the province of Florence, the new headquarters of GAB, a company specialized in the design, industrialization and production of leather goods for international luxury Clients.

Launched about a year ago as a start-up within Gab, the Group's Campi Bisenzio-based company specialized in leather goods, the division already boasts a portfolio of projects carried out on behalf of the various manufacturing subsidiaries of Holding Moda and for the benefit of the Group's top international luxury brands and clients.
